Setting aside time is something I must do too. I have been trying to get up earlier to meditate but often I hit the snooze button and sleep some more! I might try the evening instead.

My concentration is not very good. I also think that if I'm making more skillful choices in my life, then whatever time I spend sitting still and focusing on my breath, and listening to dharma talks, is having some kind of positive effect.

A reflection that resonated

I am of the nature to age; I have not gone beyond aging. I am of the nature to sicken; I have not gone beyond sickness. I am of the nature to die; I have not gone beyond dying. Wise words..

When you study, Study everything under the sun.
When you reflect, keep an open mind.

When you practice meditation, do one and ony one meditation.
